4. User Accounts

SDA may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach. Where required by law, notice and opportunity to cure will be provided.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
- Fees are due at checkout
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- You may cancel before the next billing cycle
Refunds:
All fees are non-refundable unless:
- Required by law, or
- Explicitly stated at purchase
EU Digital Content Withdrawal Notice
If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day withdrawal right unless:

- You acknowledge loss of withdrawal rights

6. Intellectual Property
All SDA content, including:

- Documents
- Branding
is exclusively owned by SDA. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use.
You may not:

- Create competing programs
- Replicate SDA systems
- Reverse engineer materials
7. Enterprise Licensing
Enterprise agreements may override these Terms. Clients must comply with:
- License scope
- User limits
- Confidentiality
SDA reserves audit rights to verify compliance.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use services unlawfully
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Upload malicious content
- Infringe third-party rights
9. Third-Party Services
